I paid Toyota Motors on Rte 22, Hillside, NJ the sum of $794 for the installation of alarm on my 2006 Toyota Camry. After taking delivery of the car from Toyota, I changed my mind to install the alarm. I have personnaly gone to Route 22 Toyota to refund the money and have also sent a written request, but Route 22 Toyota has defiantly not sent my money back. Where can I direct the complaint. Thanks
