RCN turned off my cable tv service at 11:00 AM last Saturday. After waiting 1 hour on the phone to speak with customer service, I was told that I needed a new cable box. No one ever notified me. I had to go to their office to pick up a new one. After I hooked it up, it didn't work and I had to call customer service and wait another hour to get though. This is the worst cable service ever.
