RCA TV Problems

After 4 months TV shut down, RCA is dragging their feet to get it fixed. The problem is in the circuit board cost $670.00, they say it's to expensive to fix. So they have been stalling for over 90 days to send a replacement unit. To make matters worse it takes over an hour to get to talk to someone. As far as I'm conserned the TV is junk!!!
