
problems with Cell phones

I previoulsy was a client of verizion wireless. I swithched to Sprint what a mistake. I recieved a phone that never worked only to exchange it for another phone which extended my contract for a full two years. Still had a phone that never worked. Called Customer care and told me I needed to switch my contract for the phone to work better. Moved up North and was unable to get service at all. Sprint claims I owe them 450.00. For a contract that was broke. The phone did not work at my currant address. There Crazy
