United airlines sent me to wrong building, wrong gate to catch a plane from Dullas international to Daytona. I was at airport 3 hours in advance and was probably the only one to be given the wrong information because United change building and gate and recorded it correctly on other passengers tickets. They never annouced any of my plane inform because I was the only one with the wrong inform. When i inquired if my flight was late. They said it was just taking off and why was I even in that building. I showed him my ticket and he said they change that hours ago. When running around the airport for someone to get meon another flight, I was told I was with priceline and they could not help me. I paid a full ticket price and did not negotiate with priceline. For three hours I was sent to one person or another with no help given. Everyone would brush me off because I was with priceline. Finally one employee came to my aid and got me to Orlanda, though my luggage was in Daytona. I rented a car through priceline with avis and tried to pick up my car in orlando. Avis said that it would be no problem until they saw I was with Priceline. Then they said they could not help me. I had to pay a days rental fee for a 2 hour trip to Daytona and then pick up another car with another day rental in the same day. I have called time and time again, and they said they would investigate and that they would notify me. After hearing nothing, I would call again, and again until finally I get someone very firm in tone saying, it isn't pricelines fault, they couldn't help me. They were not accountable for the problems and when I asked for a supervisor: I just got another representative and had to repeat to her the problem and asked if she was a supervisor and she said I could not talk to a supervisor. So Priceline, You make promises and money with no accountability. What a company. United Airlines, never again will I fly your skys and by the way your airlines were filty and I heard people time and time again while waited in the airport that the bathroom on the plane was broke as the people were boarding the planes. When I finally got a flight, the bathroom was broke, the seats were dirty, and the window seal was crack and my feet froze because of the draft under my seat because I was right above the wheels. So Priceline, United and Avis; I can only hope you will be made accountable one day soon, because I am sure, I am not the only one this has been done too.
