ON JULY 25,2006 MY 2006 INFINITI G-35 WAS SENT TO PREBUL AUTO GROUP FOR REPAIRS DUE TO A CAR WRECK. ON NOVEMBER 6,2006 I RECIEVED A PHONE CALLE STATING THE CAR WAS READY TO BE RELEASED...4 MONTH LATER.. FRIDAY NOVEMBER 10,2006 WENT TO PICK UP CAR, OPENED CAR DOOR TO FIND OUT THAT THE LEATHER INTERIOR, HEAD LINER, FLOOR BOARD, FLOOR MATS WERE COVERED IN GREASES. THEN OPENED PASSENGER SIDE DOOR TO SEE THE BLACK RUBBER HAD BEEN PAINTED WHITE.. WE HAVE TALKED WITH JERRY LACKEY, DAVID SHADRICK, JOHN POOLE ALL FROM PREBUL AUTO GROUP AND THE ONLY RESPONCE IS THAT IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WE COULD HAVE CLEANED OURSELF AND A LAUGH IN THE FACE.. THESE PEOPLE ARE ASSISTANCE MANAGERS, SERVICE MANAGERS, AND BODY SHOP MANAGERS. WHEN WE CALL TO TALK TO THESE PEOPLE THEY HANG UP ON UP... THEY HAD TO PRESSURE WAS THEY GREESE FROM THE FLOOR MATS AND USE DEGREASER AND FLOOR MATS TURNED ORANGE.. THE SEEM AROUND THE MATS CAME UNDONE AND WERE FRAYED... THE CAR AS OF NOVEMBER 14TH WAS PICK UP FROM THE LOT AT PREBUL AND IS BEING RE-POED! THIS LOCATION IS 2120 CHAPMAN RD. CHATTANOOGA, TN 37421... IF ANT ONE HAS TO HAVE THEIR CAR SENT HERE ALL I CAN SAY IS 'SORRY'!!!!!!
