poor workmanship

We had a landscaper draw a plan for us to landscape our home. This was a large job. The landscaper drew a beautiful plan but she did not know how to execute this plan. She showed up with 4 day laborers and did not respond to my criticisms. All she cared about was the money. This woman should not be allowed to get away with this but I don't know how to stop her.
