i fell for a guy who has a girlfriend

I met this guy.and he is every thing i could hope to look for in a guy i have never had more fun with any guy ever. BUT come to find he has a girlfriend. they arent married and have no kids but its still wrong. how do i approach him. should i tell hime to chose between us or should i just never talk to him again or should i just leave well enough alone and keep seeing him on the side
