Poor service and room not clean

The reason why I'm complianting is because, we has poor service. First, we made reseravation for the Mega Feast about three month ago and was quote a price of $856.00 dollar and they want $1100.00 that they want to charge us more. And in our room we has roach, water was dipping hot in the one of the room and there a spider in one of the bed, we was sleeping in so if that poor serive tell what is. Didn't see none of the attraction that on the brochure that we saw on the internet. There were no exercise room that we new of and no morning breakfast.
