I ordered some auto parts, i.e. a car bra and dash trim for my 2004 Honda Civic EX. from an internet company called Pit Stop Auto Parts. (They advertize free shipping). I was sent the wrong model of bra and found that I had to pay shipping to send it back. I had them send me the right model for which I was charged again. I'm supposed to recieve a credit for the one I sent back. The dash trim I ordered never came but my account was charged never the less. When I called their customer service number I was told I would recieve a credit for the dash trim that is no longer available. Now I have all three charges on my account but have only recieved the car bra. I would advise against anyone doing business with Pit Stop Auto Parts.
