Poor Quality - leather

I am the current owner of two Hyundai automobiles. They are a 2004 Sonata and a 2005 Elantra GT. Both cars come with leather interiors. The quality of the leather is disgraceful. On the 2004 Sonata, the driver's armrest is deteriorating. This has been since 2005. The company made one attempt at repairing it, I thought they were replacing it, and the repair has completely deterilorated back to what it was. I have spoken to other Sonata owners, people who have leather interiors, and find the same problem exists with them. Hyundai will not correct this using the terminology of 'Ordinary wear & tear.' On my 2005 Elantra, the color was coming off of the driver's seat back. This was noticed when the car was just three months old. They used the 'Ordinary wear and tear' excuse. After all, the car was three months old. They did a 'One Time' seat back replacement. This was finally done when the car was about eight months old. The same problem now exists on the replaced seat. Guess what, Hyundai will never see me again.
