do not ever buy a 'big ticket' item from macy's dept store. if you are dissatisfied, and you will be for some reason, delivery charges, quality, billing, etc there is no way to get any service or satisfaction. All you get is a telephone menue and then after about thirty minutes on hold someone who is very sorry, appoliges and tell you there is nothing he or she can do.
