poor medical

i am writing to complain and see if i can get some help i my mom is very sick she has alot of medical problems she has no income no medical and the state wount help her at all she is a type 2 diabetic and hasnt been able to get her medication for several months and no way to get them she has applyed to every place she has been told too and still no one seems to care she is having all kinds of problems has been in and out of emergency rooms do to complications to not having her meds she cant even get into see a dr to get a priscription to fill not that she could my sister and i who are also on limted income are trying to do what we can but we cant do it alone every day i watch my mom slipping away and only because no one wants to help i am reaching out to anyone that could help i am desperate and dont know what do do so anyone who has a heart that might can help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee be kind to reply -----------worried and waiting in oregon
