Cyclists on Footpaths

I can't believe that as a pedestrian walking along a narrow footpath with No Cycling signs at the top and bottom - and even half way through, I am subjected to having to push myself up against nettles and brambles to let them past everyday. This morning I cracked and laid into one of them. I said 'This is a no cycling footpath' I was subjected to her trying to justify why she was breaking the law. Apparently she was doing me no harm. Yes she was, I was stung by nettles for a start, but what if I had been an old lady? We used to live in a society where people had respect and abided by the laws of the land. Now it is just anarchy.
