Poor Holiday experience

Just returned from anightmare of a holiday. We turned up and the tour company had overbooked our room and had to share a room for the firts night. We complained and were offered another room in another hotle thus splitting our family up. We were then offered a farcical sum of compensation. We need another holiday to recover.
