i bought a watch from ernest jones in epsom costing £1300.00 with a 2 year warranty. i had to take it back in june 2006 because it wad losing time. i subsequently had to take it back again in august 2006 for the same fault at wjichtime it was sent to the manufacturer for a full servvice which i was told is normally required until the watch is 4 years old. i have been in touch with trading standards and i have been informed that i am entilted to a replacement but ernest jones will not honor this.
