poor customer service and delivery as promised

Ordered furniture from NC furniture buy direct in High Point, NC. Paid via credit card. Promised delivery 4 to 12 weeks (June 13, 2006). No furniture. Company never returns phone calls. POOR, POOR customer service. The only thing they are good at is passing the buck. DO NOT Buy from this company or you will be sorry.
