The great venture of SPV Motors USA, a subsidiary of CLB Investments,located at 7770 Jacksboro Hwy,Forth Worth,Texas, 76135 has failed to deliver on promises of the best priced ATVs on the market with the longest warranty. Such claims became empty promises to those who paid money in advance as they waited for delivery. The tidal wave of frustration accompanied the broken promises as potential recipients of the purchase are left behind on the trails. The many young boys and girls anticipating riding with their families and friends through the summer are without their ATVs and money to buy another option. SPV Motors USA and www.nanabid.com (another CLB holding) are no longer listing the machines for sale. Refunds are said to be forthcoming, but so were the ATVs. Checks were said to be 'in the mail' as of July 12, 2006' but receipt of said checks is illusive. It is said that everything is bigger in Texas, even the lies.
