I have paid Blue Sapphire Pools $26,000.00 to build a pool for me. I have paid the company in full and the company still hasen't put in my diving board or re-done my cool decking. The deck has cracks in it and I spoke with the owner and he lft me a very rude message. I have been promised on several occasions that the company would come out and finish the work and never show up. I also have a salt water pool, which the salt hasn't been put in yet and wqs supposed to be put in last week 10-13-06. Please contact me re this complaint. 602-821-5039 cell or 602-954-9509 home.
