Police Harassment

I live in Emporia, VA. The County Sheriff's Dept. will use any tactic to make criminals where their is none. They just recently had an officer plea out to numerous charges for drugs & other offences. I am A Black Home Owner and I have been targeted by White and Black Officers. The system in Emporia is So biased that if you had no calender you would not know what time your living in. Here a sheriff can come on your property to serve you juror papers and then at the same moment interrogate you and try to push their way into your home. So with such a corrupt system of things in this county their is no place to air your complaint. just look up emporia for speed traps and that alone can bring light to what i am saying. for the record i am not a felon just a tax paying blackman that lives in an area that does not respect that.
