
CURRYS CUSTOMER CARE

I have just had the unfortunate task of trying to get some sense out of the so called customer care people at currys. It is an absolute wind up by totaly unsympathetic staff who do not want to know. 3 weeks ago (1st 11 06) I phoned the extended warranty dept to report my tv had broken down, they sent a so called engineer out on 6th 11 06 to inspect the set which needed parts. He came back on the 9-11-06, put in the parts and half an hour after he left it was back to the same fault. I wrang back the same day and they said he will call back on 13-11-06 to repair it, but again it needed more parts, he came back again on the 20-11-06 put in the parts and yet again within half an hour the set failed with exactly the samr problem. I phoned again (at least 8 times after being purposely cut of several times) and they gave me yet another date 23-11-06 for the same so called engineer to look at it again!!!!!!!!!!!why would any creditable company such as Currys is supposed to be, use such an unreliable repair man???
