My complaint is in regards to being screwed around for a week in a half buy bbotsford Nissan. See I took my 2002 nissan xterra there to have the pitman arm and the idler arm inspected in order to get an alignment done,for my tires were going bald on the inside. So in the begining I tookitto Fountain tire for an alignment and they jacked it up and took a quick look underneath, and we all could see a little play in the pitman and ideler. soo I took it to Abbotsford nissan consideriing its a nissan, right! wrong!!!. So I go there and leave it with steve the service advisor, on monday the 30 of october. I told him what I could see for myself and told him what I wanted done. so he tells me his technician will look at it in the morning. I told him I have warrenty, but Ill borrow the bosses truck to get to and from work, instead of a rent a car. so I go to work and he calls me at noon and tells me that both the lower controll arms have to be replaced so I got a bit pissed off considering it only has 120000 kms on it a little hard to belive, im thinking. any how then I ask him well in that case are all the bushings,ball joints, and sway bar bushings included in the warrenty. he says you bet (I'm here to make your life easyer) i took care of it all it will be done thursday. Soooo I get no call on thursday ,so i call at 4 pm, oh sorry parts did not get here due to snow, okay Ill give these guys that mistake, he says itll be done saturday.Saturday comes around no phone call so i wait till the afternoon again! i call them again! steve has taken the day off the other guy tells me, Oh yah itll be done at noon okay,cool i say. not more then 30 mins gose buy and who calls? steve, oh sorry but our mechanic had reel probblems with a bolt and has to order bushings now. well holy !@#%#%did i get mad . i said i already thought those were here already and it was taken care of, oh sorry its not my fault the @$$#$33 says. we have to wait till monday now for the parts. Well I lost it I snaped i started calling every other nissan company i could find and asked around about my delema. all the service guys i talked to said the same thing we would make sure if the controll arms came with bushing or not,because you have to replace them toowhen you do controll arms. Well duhhh I even @$know that. so i call back nissan and screamed a bit more and told tthe other guy. look I give this to you in baby steps make sur you have both sides of bushings coming, and make sureyou get some sway bar bushings like i asked for also. yep yep okay he says. Monday you wouldnt @#%#%#% believe it! they dont #%$%ing call so i call them at 5pm! and they say there to busy to talk right now. so i call back,guy gets on the phone and tells me exactly what I expected,they dont have the okay from the warrenty company to replace the bushings yet!holy shit I m about to go kick some @$@$ing ass at this point. Ive been lied to and been treated like im some #%#$%ng idiot at this point. So any way I calmly said if you dont have this stratened out buy tommorow im coming to pick the truck up and Ill have it towed some where else. at that point he said i couldnt because its not together. so i said i dont care at this point because i was already told all the bushings and ball joints ( the whole works) were already taken care of trew the warrenty. So please you people tell me what i should do?
