Planigo holidays bookings

Don't use a web holiday booking company called Planigo. They claim to book a room for you but in fact they don't. They only make a very tentative reservation but do not make this clear unlike other sites. I booked a flight to Perpignan based on them saying I had a hotel room at a peak time of year. A day afterwards they came back to say, no, they did not have a room by which time it was too late and I had paid for a flight I could not use!
