drove 23 miles to a verison service center.the person took my phone removed the battery used a toothbrush on the connection thoughtsaid the phone needs replaced and offered a new one for 90dollars.the phone is 6months old my thought of verison is that they dont have acare for customers. there thinking is with x amount of months left if you dont link it pay 175 dollars and leave( franksanglia@aol.com )respond if you havean answer
