I receieved very poor service from mobile phone network 3 and their associates Clubmobile. I signed up for a 12 month contract that promised 25 pound cashback every month (to be claimed every 3 months). However the procedure to retrieve cashback was totally useless. 'Send us your 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th bills via fax within 30 days of receiving the bill and your bank account will be credited with the money within 28 days' they said in terms and conditions. Absolute rubbish, after faxing each bill, no money arrived and customer services were useless, that is if you eventually got through. 18 months down the line i am still trying to get my money back, I have proof of fax transactions etc and kept all my bills, yet they still refuse to cough up. My advice, do not sign up for deals from 3 offering cashback, students dont get sucked in! please everyone, dont get sucked in........Poor Customer Service, Poor Signal, Poor handsets...total RIP OFF, Spread the Word!!
