PIPEX Homecall has given me the most rubbish service ever! Not only did it take them 5 months to turn on my broadband they charged me for those 5 months (they did finally give me my money back) and then when I'm trying to end my contract they said they reset the start date of the 12 month contract to when they finally gave it to me and not when I asked for it!
