my bank let me down after 20 years

I banked with LLoydstsb for 20years. two years ago I went off on long sick. they then pull out all the stops on my credit.no overdraughts or loans. As I became a risk! despite having 12 thousand pounds in one savings account with them.It made me feel terriable.like I was a worthless person as my income had dropped.
