Pesky patients

My name is Howard Goldin, I have a practice in Manhattan, I charge lots of money, and it really bothers me when a patient needs information for their insurance. Why can't they just pay with a credit card? Or take out their life savings and give it to me? And god forgive I forget to get pre-authorization for a patient before sending them in for a $1,500.00 exam. And now they keep hounding me for information to give to the insurance co..
