bad tenants

I am fed up with those people who move into a property to rent. They don't keep up with their rent and owe you hundreds, they don't look after the property and then the law says you cannot get them out for a couple of months. The law says lets protect these poor b!!!!rs against these terrible landlords. If you take them to court who gets the Legal Aid not us. I am all for changing the locks and to hell with the law. In actual fact I am all for emigrating and letting every other person who doesn't emigrate look after the scroungers - there seem to be so many in Britain these days.
