My beef is this about 'People PC dot com', is I live on the east coast, and their company like AOL is located on the west coast. Problem number one is their obsolete dial up phone numbers. There are a bunch of local numbers that get downloaded, but none of them work or exsits anymore. Problem number two, calling their service department, you have to go through a trouble shoot with a rep; that takes hours of being on hold, and going through all of their so called local numbers, before you can get any satifaction. Problem number three, I used a credit card to open their account...they have no refund policy...I have to wait to see if 'THEY'AQUANTIVE INC.(atdmt.com), who owns Peoplepc.com will agree to refund my card. Today is October, this happened two months ago. Fourth problem is, WHY advertise on the east coast (through NY & Phila PA TV stations) when they can't even follow through with a hook-up dailer. Anyone who has this same kind of problem like me, should, like me complain big time and contact the B.B.B. or writ to AQUANTIVE Inc. 506 2nd Ave. 9th Flr., Seattle WA., 98104 GOOD LUCK
