I have never had as many problems with one delivery company - Parcel Force are a complete waste of time 3 weeks I have been waiting for a delivery, when I paid for their 'Parcel 24' service which is suppose to get their next day!! I used Parcel Force as I was counting on the 'next day delivery' cause I had ordered a birthday present for my 5 yr old son! I have read so many comments about them recently, that this is a regular thing with them. I recommend to everyone out there DO NOT USE Parcel Force, they are a complete waste of time - totally unreliable!!
