I hear ya, bro. I would suggest getting a buddy to call and talk to when you feel like doing anything messed up. Just stay accountable to someone. I know it sounds weird, but if you are at all close with your dad, or even just on good terms, try talking to him about it. He's a guy too. he knows. My dad found out some crazy stuff about me and he's kept it between the two of us for years now... good luck.
