I was visiting some friend in Chicago city last weekend, and happened to go to the circuit nightclub on Hallstead street, and I'd been served over 11 glass of white win with no question ask and when I asked for a glass of water the answer was no! Is that legal that any one can open a bar and start killing people without any control over him? ....
