
nextel stole my money

I am HOT to def...nextel has stolen my money!!! I owed a bill of 300+ dollars and nextel sent me my bill as well as had a collection co. contact me. I chose to pay my bill directly with nextel, however the collection agency took the money from my bank acct. (which is how i pay nextel sometimes when I don't have time to mail the check b4 its late). My check to nextel cleared on a monday, the agecy stole the money on a thursday. When i contacted nextel about my refund they said they'd wire it back to my account in 24-48 hrs. Well 72hrs later no refund. I contacted Nextel at the 72hr mark and was given the run around. Nextel claims they 'mailed' the check and i'd get it in 10-15 business days. UNACCEPTABLE!! I was told the money would be back sooner than that and as a result my other bills will be late. How much you ask am I out? $496, which is not drop in the bucket. I told them that they don't wait for their money why should i have to wait for mine. I asked to speak to supervisors and i was 'disconnected' I spent a total of 1 hr of run arounds and elevator music to be told that there is nothing they could do and that i would just have to wait for my money. Is there a attorny who would like to champion my cause pro bono? I am HOT2DEF!!!!!
