the osb is a joke they refer neglegtful attornys the bar refererd fred k in Redmond ore this attorny failed to represent his client for months at a time .this joke of an attorny cost me 4months warranty repairs.this joke of a attorny would not respond to fleetwood which costclient 4months of warranty repairs his job is to much for him. dont use oregon state bar referal ttthey refer the worstattornys then they say attornys can neglect there clients cases.i sent the osb video tape fleetwood saying your attorny would not let us inspect your home.isent the bar proof this attorny over billed me for the same thing 2 the copy of bill priveing Iwas billed 95.74 for 2 plus yhis crooked attornytried to charge intrest for over billing i truley cant believe the osb says this is good leagel represention the bar refers this attoerny who has 8 complaints for neglect . the osb protects neglectful joke of an attor. this joke of an attorny cost me 4 months of the warranty repairs the osb says this is good legal reresention the osb is at for neglectful attornys they will ignor proof emails of fleetwood begging can we inspect home video tapre of fleetwood saying your attorny would not let inspect your home your attorny would not reply for months at time Ipaid this attorny to represent me not cost me repair work. the osb says maybe you need to contact another attorny for malpractice how is this even fair the bar will not look out for the people they protect attornys. this attorny has 8 complai nts for neglect. the osb has a problem . they let attornys neglect there paying clients then tell the client sorry we find this neglect over billing attorny did nothing wrong but 8 people have filled complaints for neglect but the bar says its ok to neglect the cases you take.cause well protect you i sent at least 5 emails of f;leetwood begging this attorny to respond Isent a video tape fleetwood stateing your attorny would not reply emails for moths at a time .the osb bar says this is good attentive represention . even though you cost client 4 months warranty work because attornys personal life was to much ffor him . plus the proof of over billing me. my bill i was sent was100.00 difference tye bar still chose to ignor proof because neglectful attory lied told the osb he sent a new bill which he did not. dont depend on the bar to help they are out for neglecful attornys.
