i pick up a disk from orange i tryed to download it got as far as my bank details and nothing so i tryed again the same so i gave it up as a bad job on the 26th seot orange took two lots of£14.99 from my account i phoned and they agred i had not used this server and would put money back into my account on the 15th oct i also ask if they would take any more money from my account and was asured they would notno money went into my account so again i phoned to ask why i was told the man had given me the wrong details and the money would be refunded 21st oct today i phoned orange to say money was not in my bank only to be told one thing after another that they had tryed to get more money in oct and bank refused so they took my cridit i was told it was there misstake and my mony would be in my bank 11th nov because i said no no no this is not right i was passed on to somone else who then went on to tell me that because i had closed my account with orange they could not repay if into my bank i said ok send me a cheack only to be told it will take 6 to 8 weeks please tell me is this right if i owed them they would cut me of take me to court and have a bad dete agenst me up waht can the little person do we take the ----- because they are bigger then us can anyone help the little people or do we stand for nothing sorry about the spelling i do hope somone can help i feel i have been robed
