I tried to purchase a computer (Everex Stepnote for $479.99) online (an online deal only) for several hrs. and could not get the website to function. It kept telling my address was wrong. I called Circuit city, and the person couldn't even speak English. I finally on my own figured that it was some sort of Zip code glitch. By then the computer was sold out. A friend of mine had the same problem -- completely different name and address.
