Orange County, California Mental Health Services for Children & Youth are incompetent providers with little to no accountability. All programs/agencies (non-profits, etc.) associated with the county, cover-up for each other when one screws-up. You can't get adequate mental health treatment even though you are a taxpayer. Where is the prop. 63 money? If you file a complaint against any of them, nothing happens. It's a joke.
