the criminal justice system is broken from top to bottom. you could not, in your worst nightmare state, design a more convoluted, robust, unfair, mean, insideously poisonous system. there is not a scred of justice in the system ... from the front line police involvement..the court...penal...appeal..parole, etc..... it is a total embarassment to any thinking being.
