Optimum constantly goes out. And then my internet doesn't work, and my tv doesn't work, and hey guess what?! NEITHER DOES MY PHONE. So I basically lose all contact with the outside world (besides leaving me home) all because of optimum. And this is not just a one time thing. It happens over, and over, and over again. And I'm just sick of it.
