online shop fraud

I have bought a camping fridge from CAMPING-ONLINE. It arrived and it was dented but it worked so I decided to keep it. When I udes it for the first time it broke down. I phoned the company as soon as I could and they didn't seem interested, but said they would send me another one, that was two weeks ago and I still havn't received anything. I have tried phoning but I just keep getting put on hold. Very suspicious of this so called company and wondered if anybody else has had a bad expierience with this company.
