Office Depot Sucks

I went shopping at a local Office Depot today. I had the worst customer service I've ever had. Not only did I walk aimlessly around the store looking for someone to direct me to where the labels are located, but she was not personable at all. When I got up to the checkout lanes, there were 2 open registers, with no one there. The register set up for returns had a person in line so I went and stood behind this gentlemen. Suddenly, one of the cashiers (black) rang up another black person. Talk about reverse racism. I said to the woman behind the register, 'We've been standing in line for a while and she just rang up all those people over there.' She said, 'oh, she wasn't there before?' And I responded, 'No, no one was there and that is not right.' I finally got to pay for my purchase and the guy was an absolute a**hole. He didn't even greet me or say thank you, have a nice day- nothing. This is ridiculous. When I asked for a manager, the first b*tch woman I was speaking to, turned around and said I am the manager. I left disgusted and I will never shop there again. Their definition of customer service is disgusting and I'm really pissed. I was having a great day and now I'm pissed. Office Depot sucks and if you're ever in the South Daytona/Port Orange area of Florida, DON'T SHOP THERE.
