loan deposit

I been dealing with a company called second chance lending group. briefly i was told to wire 400.00 deposit and i was secured for a loan of 5000. I signed the loan agreement and faxed it back to this company. i proceed to wire the money at which they recieved. I still today do not have my loan in my checking account or my deposit given back.no one will return my call or emails. the few times i did get to a live person, i keep getting told someone will get back with me. I still do not have my deposit which i sent them plus cost to wire it in a few hours, nor a call back explaining why i do not have the loan agreement signed into my checking account.
