obsessed with a man at work

I am 42, happily married with a good career, and we live a contented life with our two teenage children. I have become friendly with a man at work and we spend hours talking about our lives. We have occasionally had lunch together and I know he likes me, but he is married too. Nothing has happened between us but if the opportunity appeared I would jump at it. I think of him all the time and look for ways to be with him. I consider myself to be a mature woman in control of her life, but I have gone to pieces over this.
