Nutrisystem Bad Customer service

Nutrisystem gave me alot of crap when I tried to get a refund. My Wife called for months and and even after sending back the food as soon as we got it,they denied we sent it.Even when we insured it through the mail.We even got the post office to make sure the package was signed and recieved from them and it was.We threatend to sue then got back only amount for the food. No apology or anything as it was the're mistake over and over.
