I hate my inlaws

How far do you let your inlaws or parents meddle with your kids.??? My inlaws seems to think that they can tell my kids what to do and push their weired quirks on them.My kids cant stand to be around them anymore.They talk to the kids and listen to them but they seem to think that they have a right to butt in. My FIL seems to think that pointing a PLASTIC gun at someone or thing is threatening.WTF.Its a toy for frigs sake.They wont take my kids to the store to buy a treat because thats what 'low class' people do.They freak if my kids play on the stairs,like sitting and playing quietly or go in the fridge to get their own food or drinks that we have for them. I have only touched the tip of the ice burg.These people are just weired.Theyre so uptight.They live 5 hours away.I just dont want to go there anymore.Even in our own home they try to tell my kids what to do.I'm ready to tell them to mind their own business.My MIL is snooty and expects to have her ass kissed.She expects respect but cant be bothered to give any.These people have spent years and years,as in 25 years in therapy,theyre still loony.They have no sence of humor.They cant cook worth shit. You can expect all food to be tasteless due to the absence of any sort of spice or seasoning. They think their shit doesnt stink.I'm really at the end of my rope with these people.They have multiple people using their cabin ,yet if something goes wrong I get the blame.Its not possible that someone else could have done something.Nevermind the fact that I have to spend 2 days cleaning it before we can use it.If we could move 5000 miles away I would do it in a heart beat.
