'Chain LaVeen' is in fact an alias of 'Randy Lee Stepp' of 1311 Beech Street (#6) Ashland, Kentucky. He is a psychotic and frustratd musician who calls himself an 'Indie Artist' simply because he can't make it tn the professional world of music. Consequently, he attacks major record producers in any way he can. Mr. Stepp has already been charged with both: 'Harrassment' and 'Terroristic Threat' in New Jersey. Because od 'non-appearence', a bench warrant has been issued for him and his driving privileges have been suspended nation-wide because of his actions.
