The Western Home in Cedar Falls has many charges not told to the people upon entering. THey charge for every little thing they do, on top of getting thousands of $$ each month just to have a place to lay your head and eat. You pay to bathe,have a dr. give an order, come to your room if you need something, plus the nurses are rude and bossy. I hate the place.
