today i went to debenhams store to take back some items unsuitable - i could not return them because i bought them in the sale!! I have to choose another item - in the mean time i have to trudge around with a bag full of unwanted goods! Yesterday I went to Faith shoe store with some vouchers - they would not accept them because some incompetent had not stamped them at another store - in the meantime my friend and I were made to feel like the Kray twins as the vouchers 'may have been stolen'. They were not and it has now been resolved but we could not have the shoes we wanted!! Finally I bought a Sharp television as they are a reputable make ha ha - the unfolding storey of our tv is unbelievable. It has been a bad week for me as a consumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
