NSBA Bussiness Credit builders

NSBA, a company that builds bussiness credit, I purchased there product. Looked it over, and sent it back, and now for months, either I can't get through, or I keep getting the same old story aboutgiving me my refund. First you got a wait 30 days, then they are suppose to refund you, but they haven't. Called a dozen times over a few months, and still don't have my refund. Even the dam suopervisors don't return my calls. This sucks.
